Why are two uploads required?

The skit has two distinct guests and each must have an explicitly assigned portrait. One photo or a group photo does not supply both assignments. Prepare two separate images, each showing one consenting adult. Unused legacy positions are not part of this template.

How do I avoid swapping the guests?

Check the photo under First-time visitor (lead) and the one under Seating guide (front) before submitting. The visitor is new to the cafe; the guide demonstrates sitting down. To reverse the joke, move the portraits to the opposite roles before a new request. A new generation costs credits.

What if safety checks reject a photo?

Use a clear, unfiltered adult portrait without face coverings or other people. Automated checks apply to uploads and prompts. Do not submit minors, public figures or people without consent, and do not try to bypass a rejection. If the safety service is unavailable, wait and retry rather than repeatedly submitting.

Why is the video still processing?

APIMart generation is asynchronous and queue time varies. A processing status is not a failure or a request for manual approval. You can leave the page; check My videos and your inbox for the completion email. If the email is missing, check spam and your account email, then use the dashboard as the status reference.

A failed generation returns its credits automatically. That is a service-credit return, not a payment refund. For a stuck request or an unplayable completed file, contact support with the video ID rather than sending more paid requests by accident.

What can the preview and audio promise?

The homepage video is a reference clip, not a successful two-photo generation test. A verified generated output example is not yet published. Generated faces, gestures and audio may differ from the reference, and original audio is not guaranteed. No fixed completion time or exact likeness is promised.

Keep the AI disclosure, confirm everyone agreed to publication, and do not describe the clip as a real cafe visit. Use the report form if it violates someone's rights; reports may be handled by a person even though normal generation is automatic.
