Standard or HD: which should you buy?
Start with Standard. Standard 480p costs 21 credits for the same 21-second cafe setup. It is the lower-cost way to try your two photos. Check both identities and the seating action before sharing; generating again is a new paid request.
Choose HD for higher resolution. HD 720p costs 42 credits. It is a separate generation, not an upscale of a previous Standard clip; faces, actions and audio may differ between requests. Higher resolution does not guarantee better likeness or motion.

Can I use someone else’s photo?
Only with their permission, and never photos of minors, celebrities or public figures. Accounts that break this rule are closed.
What happens to my photos and videos?
Uploads are private, used only to make your video and deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Finished videos are kept for 30 days after they finish. Deleting your account removes everything right away.
How long will generation take, and is the original audio kept?
Queue and processing times vary; there is no fixed completion-time promise. You can leave the page and wait for the completion email. Generated audio, faces and motion may differ from the reference; original-audio passthrough is not guaranteed.
What if the guests are mixed up or the video fails?
Check the lead and front assignments before submitting. A failed generation returns its credits automatically. A completed video with a technical defect can be reported to support with its video ID; refunds for quality issues are assessed separately, not through a manual approval step before delivery.
