Failed renders

If generation fails, the credits charged for that request are returned to your balance automatically; no manual claim is needed. This restores service credits, not money to your payment method. Normal successful orders are delivered automatically with a completion email and do not wait for manual approval. A queued or processing request has not yet failed; completion time varies.

Unused credits

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@fancycafeai.site with your order ID.

Quality issues

If a completed file is unplayable or has a clear technical defect, contact support with the video ID for assessment. This is separate from automatic delivery, not a manual approval service. AI variations in likeness, motion or audio, including differences from the reference soundtrack, are not by themselves a guarantee of a refund. Any further generation is a new paid request. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
